All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange,ONLY for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item at thelittlegiftboxstore@gmail.com to alert
us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of 7 days.
