How We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Profiles
We use two delivery profiles depending on the products in your order:
General Products (gifts, homewares, candles, toys, craft kits, and all non-card items)
Shipped via Royal Mail, with the following tracked services available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — next working day delivery aim
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working day delivery aim
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight.
Greeting Cards (stamp-only profile)
Cards are sent separately under a dedicated postage profile with two options at checkout:
- Standard — £1.20
- Express — £2.00
If your order contains both cards and other products, they may be dispatched in separate parcels.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders the same evening, and no later than 2 working days after your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to addresses within 5 miles of our shop in Coltishall, Norwich.
- Delivery fee: £4.00
- Minimum order: £15.00
Local delivery is available at checkout if your address falls within our delivery area. You'll receive a notification when your order is on its way.
Local Collection
Prefer to collect? You're very welcome to pick up your order from The Little Gift Box, 41 Church Street, Coltishall, Norwich, NR12 7DW. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 days and you'll receive a notification when ready. No delivery charge applies.
Gift Wrapping
If you've added gift wrapping to your order, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare it beautifully before dispatch or collection.
